Because we’re so confident in the quality of our furniture, all of the timber frames supplied by Timeless Chesterfields (allowing for fair wear and tear) are guaranteed against faulty manufacture for a period of 25 Years from the date of receipt. In addition to this, we also guarantee all other parts and materials for a period of Two Years.
We really want you to be happy with the furniture you order from Timeless Chesterfields and you can do so in the confident knowledge, that if you’re not completely satisfied within 14 days of its receipt, we will collect it and refund your money*. We’re unable however to offer the 14 day money back guarantee on bespoke, made-to-measure orders simply as they are made to your specific requirements.
All our U.S. deliveries are carried out by our dedicated delivery teams nationwide. As a customer of ours you have the option to choose between 2 service levels depending on budget. Our standard deliveries are to kerbside and prices start from just $399. With a kerbside delivery, as the name suggests, you will need some assistance on the day to help with taking the furniture in to the room of choice.
We do also have an option to upgrade to our 2 man delivery service if you prefer. This means that you will only have to open the door and our team will take care of everything else. They will bring in to the room of choice, position it just where you want, add the feet to the order and then take away any and all packaging as well. You can then simply sit back, relax and enjoy your new luxury English furniture.

*Please note delivery to Alaska and Hawaii are price on application.

We have regular deliveries heading to America so you can rest assured that you can have your luxury English furniture in as short a time as possible. Once our containers dock in New Jersey they are whisked to our delivery hub for onward transport to you. From order to delivery, most of our customers experience an 8-10 week lead time.
