We’re unable however to offer the 28 day money back guarantee on bespoke, made-to-measure orders simply as they are made to your specific requirements.
Because we’re so confident in the quality of our furniture, all of the timber frames supplied by Timeless Chesterfields (allowing for fair wear and tear) are guaranteed against faulty manufacture for a period of 25 Years from the date of receipt. In addition to this, we also guarantee all other parts and materials for a period of Two Years.
