Where do Timeless Chesterfields deliver to?

Our international shipping service can bring your couch to almost any part of the world. No matter if you live in a penthouse in New York, an apartment in L.A., or a Texas ranch ,you can rely on us to get your tufted sofa to you swiftly and safely.

We can deliver to all States except for Hawaii and Alaska which are price on application only. We can also deliver to Canada on application.

Can I be confident about your worldwide delivery service?

For over 40 years, we’ve been sharing our handmade sofas with people around the world and, during this time, we’ve been able to build up plenty of experience delivering our sofas internationally. Our export team has handled global orders for a long time, and they’ve learned the ins and outs of each country’s regulations. We’ve also been able to establish a network of partnerships with several first-class shipping companies who can deliver your Chesterfield on time and in pristine condition.

Can I see your Chesterfield sofas before I buy?

If you get the chance to visit us, we would love to show you where we hand-build each of our couches. Our showroom is located less than 20 miles (30km) from Manchester Airport in the North West of England and, because we are open seven days a week, you can arrange your visit around your busy schedule. Will my Chesterfield sofa really be made to order?

Yes. We’re proud of our ability to make tailored Chesterfields exactly to our customers’ needs, so do let us know if you have any requirements for your furniture. We‘re capable of creating custom sofas to your own sizes and specifications.

We have regular shipments to the US, which means an east coast customer, from order to delivery, can expect their handmade furniture to arrive within 10-14 weeks depending on how close the order is placed to the next sailing.

Additionally, we have pieces of in-stock Chesterfield furniture in a variety of styles, which have already been assembled and are ready to be delivered.

Will my new Chesterfield sofa fit into my home?

To help you plan your order and delivery, we include all of the dimensions for our furniture on every product page. Our helpful team can also give you more advice about preparing for your delivery after you've placed your order. What do I need to do when my Chesterfield couch is delivered?

Most of our deliveries will be brought straight to your front door, so you may well need to organize for an extra pair of hands to help you position it in your home. If you’d prefer for us to do all the lifting, why not look to upgrade to our premium white glove service? Not only will we bring to the room of choice, but we will also assemble any feet, position your new furniture just where you want it, and remove all packaging, leaving you to enjoy your furniture straight away.

How will my Chesterfield sofa be packaged and protected?

You don’t need to worry about your Chesterfield when it is in transit, as we’ve mastered the art of packaging for a perfect delivery. We will wrap your tufted sofa in several layers of bubble wrap for cushioning, before carefully placing it in an extra-strong export box.

How will I know where my Chesterfield sofa is?


We will email you to let you know when your furniture has left our workshop to begin its journey to you. The shipping agent will then inform you when it has reached the US and when they plan to deliver it. We will also send you their contact details just in case you want to get any updates on your Chesterfield’s progress.


When will my Chesterfield sofa arrive?

Once we’ve finished handcrafting your sofa, it will take a few days to arrive at its brand-new home. Shipments to Canada and North America will take around 3–5 working days by air, or 15–20 working days by sea.

What happens when my Chesterfield sofa reaches my country?

When your tufted sofa safely reaches the US, our shipping partner in the region will get in touch to arrange a convenient time to deliver it to your home. This flexible approach should give you ample time to organize things before your furniture arrives.

How do I get my international delivery quote?

You can get in touch with our team anytime you like to discuss your delivery options and we will be happy to provide you with a quote. Even if you haven’t yet decided on your Chesterfield sofa, you can speak to our export team and they will be able to advise you further. Just let them know where you are based and they will be able to give you an estimate on delivery.

How and when do I pay for the delivery of my Chesterfield sofa?

Once you have decided which furniture you would like and are happy with your delivery quote, please let us know. We will then send you an email within 24 hours to confirm your order. Upon placing your order, you will need to pay a deposit that is 10% of the total amount — the easiest way to do this is through the website. You can also pay by bank transfer or card over the phone. The rest of your balance must be paid at least 10 days before your Chesterfield sofa is due to be dispatched.

Can I arrange my own delivery option?

Should you wish to arrange your own delivery, we would be happy to accommodate this. You can organize for your Chesterfield to be picked up from our workshop in the UK. We will supply all of the necessary documents too.
