In these strange and unprecedented times, we want to reassure you that the Timeless Chesterfield team are doing everything we can to support and protect our colleagues and our customers.
After 10 long weeks it has been wonderful to welcome back our colleagues and resume handcrafting furniture again and seeing our lovely customers back in our showroom.
On behalf of the Timeless Chesterfields team, we thank you for the support you have shown us throughout the lockdown and wish you and your loved one’s good health.
P.S. We would like to say a sincere thank you for the countless messages of support we have received from our customers and the wider community about the volunteer work many of our colleagues have done alongside our local scrub hub to donate vital PPE equipment for the NHS. We are proud to say that we have been involved in producing over 1,000 sets of scrubs which have been warmly received by local NHS keyworkers. Thank you once again for all your support.

Our workshop has now reopened, and our delivery teams are once again making deliveries. If you have placed an order prior to, or during the lockdown period, you will be contacted by our Transport team at the earliest opportunity to finalise your delivery date.
We are delighted to announce that our deliveries will resume on Tuesday 26th May. Our Transport team will be in touch with each customer in advance of delivery to explain our new Covid service delivery procedures.
